Brian C. Morrissey, a native of Toledo, holds a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from the University of Toledo and a law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law.



During law school, Brian focused on his interest in criminal law, working part-time at the Public Defender's Office through the Toledo Legal Aid Society. There, he gained hands-on experience handling both felony and misdemeanor cases.

Since then, Brian has represented clients in courts throughout Northwest Ohio, covering a wide range of cases from traffic violations to serious criminal charges.

He is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Michigan and is also admitted to the Federal Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Brian is an active member of the Toledo Bar Association, and the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He currently serves clients in Toledo and surrounding areas.
