Brian C. Morrissey was born and raised in Toledo. He graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies and received his Law Degree from the University of Toledo College of Law.

During law school Brian followed his passion for criminal law and worked part time at the Public Defenders Office through the Toledo Legal Aid Society where he worked on both felony and misdemeanor cases.

He has represented clients in several courts in Northwest Ohio on cases ranging from traffic tickets to felony charges and everything in between.

​Brian is admitted to practice law in the States of Ohio and Michigan. He is also licensed in the Federal Court in the Northern District of Ohio and is a member of the Toledo Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. He currently serves Toledo and the surrounding areas.
